The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 1.5 bathrooms The flat is ideal for 4 people, Rooms have a double bed and 1.5 independent bathrooms with shower where, as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa and flat screen TV. There is a conduit heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a conduit AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay.
