Fantastic penthouse of 95 sqm. with a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the living room there is access to a terrace of 28 sqm. In addition, there is a private roof terrace of 65 sqm. with a pergola, dining area, sunbeds and an outdoor kitchen. The apartment has a very high standard and is located in Flamenca Village. This resort offers large parks, pedestrian pathways and beautiful green areas, heated and unheated outdoor swimming pools for both adults and children, jacuzzis, parks, lakes and decorative fountains, a chill-out lounge area with a dry bar and a wet bar integrated into the pool, a gym with a glazed façade offering panoramic views of the lake and a sauna. From Flamenca Village there is a short distance to the beach, lots of restaurants, shops and shopping centres.
This apartment is our family's holiday home, and we use it a lot, especially in the low season. We enjoy ourselves very much here and want others to be able to enjoy this wonderful resort when we are not using it.
The apartment is centrally located in Orihuela Costa and Playa Flamenca. Within 150 meters from the apartment you can find lots of restaurants, public transportation, medical centre, pharmacy, tourist information, a large fitness centre, police station and a Mercadona supermarket. Within 1 km from the apartment is the famous Playa Flamenca Beach with several nearby beaches and a starting point for walks along the sea. Here you will also find one of the Costa Blanca's largest markets (every Saturday) and the Alicante province's largest shopping center LaZenia Boulevard. Within 5 km of the apartment there are the very popular golf courses; Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The distance to the international airport in Alicante is 51 km.
