Acogedor apartamento en ZONA BAJA donde alojarse y descansar después de un gran día disfrutando de la montaña en sus diversas facetas (eski, montar en bici, realizar senderismos,...).Imposible aburrirse tu y los tuyos por que dispondras de NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME y mas. El apartamento es privado no esta gestionado por ninguna agencia inmobiliaria por ello el trato es personal ,ver comentarios. Situado en la zona baja,edificio Monte Gorbea de reciente construcción a 150 metros del telecabina y silla y maquinas expendedoras de FORFAIT. Con la parada de bus en la puerta del edificio. El apartamento dispone de un comodo sofa litera, Zona comun con comodo sofa cama de matrimonio de 1,35 , cocina, baño . Dispone de garaje privado gratuito. Posibilidad de contratar clases particulares de ski para niños, adultos y excursiones con raquetas, alquiler de equipo si fuese necesario, (imprescindible reservar como mínimo con una semana de antelación).

El apartamento esta bien iluminado y calentito y muy bien situado en la ZONA BAJA, a escasos 150m de la plaza Prado-llano donde se accede a telecabinas ,con parada de bus, restaurantes, tiendas, bares y remontes. Dispone de plaza de aparcamiento la cual según disponibilidad el día de salida se puede disponer de ella hasta las 15h. Puede disponer de una segunda plaza de garaje en la zona media con cargo.
