    Great location. It's as pictured, if a little cosier in real life. Modern fittings and decor. Great little balcony for people watching. Washing machine is handy and there's a clever pull out drier on the balcony that doesn't get in the way.

The newly constructed apartment Albamar 1D is located in the centre of Puerto de Mogán, on the second line beachfront, near the harbor which is called "Little Venice" and with a view of the fisherman's quarter and village square. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people (up to 4 people if there are small children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine and air conditioning. This apartment features a balcony with seating furniture and a table where guests can relax and enjoy the view. Pets only upon request. Pedestrian street, not accessible by car. Solar energy. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
