Apartamento con 2 habitaciones y 1 baño totalmente renovado. Los acabados son de calidad y todo el apartamento dispone de mucha luz natural. Dispone de un pequeño balcón junto a la habitación de matrimonio. El apartamento se encuentra a tan solo 8 minutos a pie de la playa. Es una zona muy tranquila y residencial con todos los servicios necesarios alrededor.

El Progrés és un barri costaner de Badalona (Barcelonès) que forma part del Districte I juntament amb els barris de Canyadó, Casagemes, Centre, Coll i Pujol, Dalt de la Vila i Manresà. Limita amb els barris de Gorg i La Mora al sud, El Raval i Can Claris al nord i amb Centre al nord-est. La part oest està banyada pel Mar Mediterrani. Disposa de línies d'autobusos urbans i disposa d'una estació de la Línia 2 del metro de Barcelona anomenada Pep Ventura.
