Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky.

Stylish, modern and with oodles of space, Alondra is on the second floor of an uber-cool apartment complex with communal pool, gardens and complimentary underground parking space. Less than a 10 minute stroll to the restaurants, bars and boutiques of the popular Arenal and within a stone’s throw of the picturesque beachfront of Montañar I, Alondra’s central location makes for an easy breezy holiday for all ages and interests. Inside the apartment the large kitchen/lounge/diner is the perfect space to commune for breakfast, card games or movie night on the comfy sofas. Take coffee or pre dinner cocktails on the ample covered terrace, soaking up the sea air and chilled-out vibe of the surrounding neighbourhood. Light filled bedrooms with fabulous views of Montgo and the surrounding countryside provide relaxing, private spaces. And all three bathrooms (two of which are en-suite) offer guests large walk-in showers, wall-hung vanity units and stylish mirrors with integrated lighting. The top floor bedroom has no less than two outdoor terraces, perfect for a spot of daytime reading or star gazing under the night sky! JH loves…. the interior colour palette and boutique hotel feel of this beautifully presented apartment. Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property.
