Beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condo fully equipped kitchen. New appliances, lovely outdoor patio to enjoy, printer scanner copier. My place is in the city center, No need for a car. Everything you need is less than a 10 minute walk. Cafe's, Bars and shopping are all around you. There is plenty of culture. On the weekends Alicante becomes very much alive. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. crib is available upon request for an additional charge.
I was born in Miami graduated in 1978. I was introduced to the film and Television industry by my father, and it's been an amazing journey. I fell in love with Spain a couple years ago and decided for my retirement to live in Alicante.
The best thing is your located in the City Center. Alicante is a festive city that celebrates everything. All your shopping, dinning, cafe's and bakery's and Markets are all within walking distance, as well as the beach, marina & casino. You'll see It's very convenient. There is a brown leather binder book on the coffee table with information about the neighborhood. There is an Express Grocery store that is open on Sundays and all holidays. It's located in the Plaza Gabrel Miro two streets down towards the Explanada.
