The apartment is quite large, with all kinds of functionalities. I am available for any kind of questions or suggestions. (There's no elevator) I appreciate any kind of suggestions so we can offer a better service. The apartment has been recently reformed, it was totally wrecked. We are really trying to improve the conditions of the building and pressuring the community to pay off their debt to provide a higher quality experience. The entry of bicycles and electric scooters into the apartment is strictly prohibited. For the safety, comfort, and preservation of the premises, all residents and visitors are kindly requested to refrain from bringing these vehicles inside. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Policy on Unauthorized Visits: Unauthorized visitors are not allowed without prior approval. In the event of an attempt to bypass this policy, a deposit may be requested from the guest, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that this condition has not been violated. If the unauthorized visit policy is violated, both the total cost of the reservation and the deposit will be charged.

You will have everything one step away in this accommodation located in the center. It is located 1 minute away from the city center just by foot, it is a very quiet area despite being central, it is a fairly spacious apartment with very good lighting. You will have at hand, supermarkets, tobacconists, bus and train station, bars and restaurants, city museum, even a hospital as well as the promenade just 7 minutes away.
