This cottage is a premium property in Andalucia and is a completely renovated and modernized Andalusian farmhouse. The sustainable holiday home has all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday in the south of Spain. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Outside, the pool is private (as long as the other house that is on the same property is not occupied by other guests). Otherwise, the pool will then be for shared use. This premium holiday home is located next to the Parque Natural de las Sierras Subbéticas, where you can take the most beautiful walks. A visit to Málaga, Granada and the Sierra Nevada is also possible by car, which are reachable in under 2-3 hours. The residence has a heated swimming pool, a country spa, a hot tub, underfloor heating and a bathtub and a hydromassage cabin. Enjoy a good book in front of the crackling fireplace and prepare your favorite dishes in the kitchen or on the barbecue. With an ecological orchard, a lovely terrace and large play areas for the children, this Spanish "casa" is the ideal place for all ages.
