It is a very complete house with swimming pool, great living room, chimey, barbacue place, and with enough rooms for your family or friends. It has its own well, with 4 bedrooms, one of them an attic, close to Guadalhorce Golf Course, and near the river.
Welcome to our house, this is a family house were our parents growed up, a lovely place that in the 60s was quite relevant to the provice since it was the main train station outside Malaga that commuted many villages with Malaga Down Town. The place is close to a lovely environment the GuadalHorce River, and with its all nature around. We hope you enjoy visiting Malaga, the rural areas around or lately our most famous tresure the Beatiful Malaga Beaches.
This is a place where country and city converge ! You can have a walk at the riverside and enjoy the views of orange and lemon trees and at the same time take a train and reach downtown Malaga in 15-17 min or the beach at Torremolinos in 20min. There is a Golf Course at 1.5km walk with fantastic views and nice restaurant. The old train station has a lot of histories that some locals will tell. There is playground for kids and an small footbal/soccer area with basketball court too.
