Please note that some apartments are located on the 5th floor, and the elevator only reaches up to the 4th floor. Access to the 5th floor is done through stairs.
Aparsol Apartments are located in various locations in Madrid city center, all within a short walk of the Puerta del Sol.

Please let Aparsol Apartments know your expected arrival time at least 48 hours in advance, using the email address provided on your booking confirmation.
On arrival in Madrid, please contact the property by telephone at least 30 minutes before you expect to arrive at the apartment. You can use the telephone number in your booking confirmation.
Please note that there is EUR 25 charge for late check-in starting from 22:30. Guests must provide a valid credit card upon arrival.
Please note, when checking into the property you will need to retrieve the key from the secured lock box. The code to the lock box will be provided when you are ready to check in.
