We offer two apartments in the heart of Cala D'Or, just a short walk from beautiful beaches. Each apartment is cozy and features two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a private terrace. The interiors are bright, airy, and have been fully renovated with brand-new furnishings and equipment. Enjoy 50 m² of living space plus a 25 m² terrace with a pergola, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchenware, cutlery, and more to ensure your comfort. The central location puts you close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Several stunning beaches with crystal-clear water are just four minutes away on foot. The area is lively and vibrant until midnight during the season (April to September), while the rest of the year is peaceful and quiet. Please note the apartment is in a bustling area, so some noise is to be expected. The property features a security alarm system.
