Renovated historic building in the heart of Dénia (1930) This house in the heart of Denia, restored with love and respect for its history, preserves all the charm and essence of its time. With capacity for 5 people, it is distributed in a living-dining room with an open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a sofa-bed and two full bathrooms. Hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, Smart TV, WIFI and coffee maker. It is the perfect refuge for those looking for a unique and unforgettable experience. The natural stone walls, collected from the old wall of Dénia, speaks of centuries of history. The atmosphere, with personalized and cozy decoration, transports you to another era, making you feel as if you have traveled to a place full of memories.

The building is located in the heart of Dénia, in the area of ​​La Glorieta and Calle Marqués de Campos. Surrounded by multiple activities, restaurants and leisure areas. Allows you to enjoy the Fallas, Holy Week and cultural activities from your balcony. It is 15 minutes walk from Rasset beach and 2 minutes by walk to the supermarket and pharmacy. The closest airports are: Alicante/Elche Miguel Hernández Airport and Valencia/Manises Airport.
