Apartment facing the sea with swimming pool in one of the best beaches in Spain. Modern and comfortable decoration. New furniture. In Oliva Nova there is a golf course (#olivanovagolf), horse riding, Spa and all services. On a privileged beach, with protected natural dunes, white sand, clean and crystal water. Surrounded by areas of interest such as the mountains of the Valencian Community, Denia, Gandía, Calpe, Altea or Benidorm. Minutes away from Valencia Capital.

Oliva Nova is an urbanization away from the bustle of the city but just a few minutes from Denia and Valencia. With an extensive list of activities, sports and at the same time has one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. Among the activities that can be enjoyed in its surroundings are Golf, horse riding, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, sailing, water sports, kite surfing, hiking, climbing, fishing, diving, etc. A few minutes away from Denia, the list of night activities such as restaurants, nightclubs, pubs and shows is unbeatable. Less than an hour away by car, the location allows a cultural getaway to the capital of the Turia, or even if you have to work, come and go every day while the family enjoys a vacation.
