A 2-bedroom duplex bungalow for rent, it has air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the main bedroom, it has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen SMART TV, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, a portable oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and 2 refrigerators. 600 Mbps fiber optic Internet is installed.There is a bathroom on the top floor and a toilet on the ground floor. Public parking on the street next to the house. The apartment has a private terrace of 20 m2 and a balcony. We would like to inform you that there are some conditions for pets: 1. Maximum number of pets: 2 2. Animals should not be left alone at home without the supervision of any of the family members. 3.Maximum 2 medium dogs (15 kg or less).

Neighbourhood information

Santa Pola has 11 km of sandy beaches and is the ideal place for a beach holiday. Good transport location: - 10 km. from Alicante International Airport - 18 km. from the Mediterranean motorway (A-7) and the center of the province, the city of Alicante (Spain). The nature of the area: For 15 km. coast we find 11 km. beautiful sandy beaches facing south, and we discover such diverse natural features as the Sierra Point, an important fishing and sports port, and the Salinas Natural Park, home to over 150 species of birds throughout the year, among which the pink flamenco stands out. 4.8 km from the cape is the island of Tabarka, an idyllic diving site and marine reserve with crystal clear waters of impressive turquoise color.
