Piso haciendo en plena Avenida de Regla esquina con Avenida de Jerez muy luminoso y limpio, dando a una zona magnifica, a 200 metros de la playa de Regla, con todos los servicios cerca, super enfrente, muchos bares para tapear, heladerías, todo a la mano. Dispone de dos dormitorios para un máximo de 3 personas. Se trata de un edificio recién restaurado, una antigua casa andaluza, con un bonito herraje, la casa dispone de un balcón por donde entra mucha luz.

Neighbourhood information

Se encuentra en la esquina de la Avda. de Nuestra Señora de Regla con Avenida de Jerez, en frente de una plaza con un parque infantil heladería, comercios cercanos y la playa a escasos metros! Muy tranquilo sin bares nocturnos ni mucho ruido.
