Offering a rooftop pool and sea views, Luxury flat with pool in Tarifa is located in Tarifa. There is a 24-hour front desk and a sun terrace. This flat is included in a community very respectful with noise and respect for the neighbours and common areas, so there are very strict regulations in this regard, for this reason, it is not recommended for groups coming to party or with noisy behaviour. Due to the strict policy of good conduct of the community and forced by past bad experiences, it is mandatory to pay a deposit and accept the rules of the flat, its objective is only to safeguard the good use of the facilities and compliance with the rules. You will not have any problem if your intention is to make a normal use of the flat, thank you for your understanding. The flat is spacious and has 2 bedrooms, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, washing machine and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower (not wheelchair friendly). Towels and bed linen are provided in the flat. The accommodation is non-smoking. The flat has various wellness options, such as a solarium, an outdoor bathtub. Sightseeing is possible in the immediate vicinity. Los Lances Beach is less than 1 km from the apartment.
