My brand new fully furnished luxury apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need for a perfect holiday. We accept dogs with an extra fee. We do not allow single sex groups only families or couples.
I have been hosting for 3 years and always receive high scores for hosting. It is very important to me that guests have everything they need and they enjoy their well deserved holiday.
The area is absolutely perfect for a great holiday. We are next to a beautiful beach with a pedestrianised promenade. There are many bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and chiringuitos. We are also walking distance to the beautiful town of Garrucha that has 2 ports and is famous for its seafood. There is a fantastic children's play area 2 minutes walk. Only 10 minutes drive is the beautiful village of Mojacar Pueblo which is well worth a visit. There is a large Sunday morning market in Villaricos which is famous in the area. We have an award winning golf course close by. Lunar Cable Park has Wakeboarding and water inflatables.Please note that although the apartments have private parking it is not allocated and is on a first come basis so there may not always be availability. There are many side streets around the apartment that all have free parking. We do not allow groups of adults. Only families or couples.
