Very bright apartment on the third line of the sea in the center of Palamós Ideal for couples or 3 people Elevator and air conditioning: entrance hall, living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 single, bathroom with shower. * IT IS TOTALLY FORBIDDEN TO HAVE PARTIES AND CELEBRATIONS OF ALL KINDS, AS WELL AS THE EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. VERY QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA. THE REST OF THE NEIGHBORS MUST BE STRICTLY RESPECTED FROM 23:00 AND AT ALL TIMES THE CIVILIZATION RULES. The owner reserves the right to request a deposit of 200E . This deposit will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked and compliance with the rules. RESERVED THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE. Tourist tax NOT included. The discount for 2 people only if you use only the double room. Sheets and blankets included. Towels included for 4 or more nights reservations. Optional rental 5E.
