The apartment has a small terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bidet and shower, living room with flat screen TV and chromecast and open plan kitchen, electric coffee maker, kettler, toaster and microwave. Free Wi-Fi.
We now have air-conditioning, one in each room and one in the living room.
Towels, linens, soaps, toilet paper, napkins, hair dryer and iron are provided.
There is a roof terrace on the top floor where the washing machine and a clothesline are located, with another clothesline on the terrace of the apartment.
Contactless checking in and out, without the presence of the host. Check-in can be done at any time after 3:00 p.m., but we will not guarantee telephonic assistance if you have any problem accessing the apartment after 10 p.m.
Accommodation in a quiet area in the center of Puertito de Güímar, with a supermarket less than 1 minute walk away, and various beaches, bars and restaurants nearby, nothing more than 10 minutes away on foot. There is also a health center 5 minutes walk away.
It is well connected, having a bus stop less than 1 minute walk, towards Güímar or Santa Cruz, line 120 from Titsa.
If you come by car, it is also close to the TF1 motorway. Tenerife South Airport is 38 km away (23 minutes) and Tenerife North Airportis 29 km away (24 minutes).
