Our newly renovated apartment with kitchenette and pet friendly is located in a quiet neighborhood with a good atmosphere: the San Mamés neighborhood, which is 15 minutes from the center of León on foot. It is close to shops, green spaces, public transport (bus, taxi, bike) and has free parking in the vicinity of the building.
The main pros of our apartment are the comfort of having a complete home during your stay with all the services that your own home can have, highlighting being able to park your car for free in the public car parkings that are located nearby. In addition to staying in a quiet and safe area where you can disconnect from the tireless historical center of León, you are only a few minutes walk from the center and other remarkable places in León such as the University or the tapas district of La Palomera.
We have COURTESY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED for you with some coffee, milk and pastries for enjoying your stay as a welcome present and as a gesture of gratitude for chosing our apartment.
I consider myself an outgoing, kind and respectful person. I love meeting and caring for the guests who stay in our apartment in León and offering them impeccable attention so that they enjoy their stay to the fullest and feel at home.
My son Denis is the person who helps me with the management of the apartment as well as communication with foreign people. He loves travelling, playing sports and meeting people from any place and culture.
We provide any information and help that guests need as well as the best possible treatment so that those who visit us feel at home and leave León looking forward to repeat their experience.
Our accommodation, very close to the center of León, is located in a very comfortable and quiet area of the city, with free parking in the vicinity of the building throughout the year and green and open spaces on both sides of the building.
A few meters away is the San Mamés neighborhood and Avenida Mariano Andrés, ideal areas for walking and shopping or enjoying the city (supermarkets, tapas bars, cafeterias with Wi-Fi, tobacco shops, etc.)
Moving along the avenues Mariano Andrés or San Mamés we reach the historic center of León in less than 15 minutes on foot.
