When booking more than 5 rooms, special conditions may apply. A deposit will be requested at the time of booking confirmation.

Guests travelling with pets should be aware that only dogs are allowed and should note the following information:

• Dogs are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 12 per night

• Cleaning fee is EUR 25 per stay

• Maximum weight limit: 10 kg

• Pets are not allowed in the areas where food or drink is served or in the spa areas (pool)

A welcome kit is included in the room and contains the following items: one 1000 ml eco-friendly water bowl, one 750 ml eco-friendly food bowl, fifteen biodegradable waste bags, one waste bag dispenser, one bag of healthy snacks, and one play ball.

This accommodation will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. It will be reimbursed upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

The city tax applies to all travelers over 17 years of age and is payable directly at the hotel.
