1 bedroom top floor apartment (3rd floor with no lift access) with living room including double sofa bed, 55 inch smart TV and air con. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with white goods, bathroom with bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet, as well at 2 separate outdoor spaces, with a very good size balcony directly accessed from the living room and bedroom, as well as a very large roof terrace space a few steps above the apartment, ideal for sunbathing BBQ and watching the sun set over the Mediterranean.
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 1 bed 3rd floor apartment in the beautiful gated urbanization Calahonda Royale, with a very large communal family size pool in Mijas Costa. Approx 5 minute walking distance to Luna Beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also "Paseo de Calahonda" where you are surrounded by nature and native species. Nikki Beach is a 5 minute drive and Marbella is a 10 minute drive.
