Beautiful apartment, with balcony overlooking the sea in the Marítime Avenue in Las Caletillas, in Candelaria. Located just 2 minutes walking from the beach. It has capacity for 4 people. Very well located in a city with all kind of services, pubs, shops and supermarkets nearby. Cozy and bright apartment, ideal for families and groups of friends since it has capacity for 4 people, with 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, balcony with sea view and WIFI. Very well located, close to the motorway and the shopping area of ​​Caletillas. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, sheets and shower towels.
