The 90 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a 21 m² open terrace which can be accessed via the living room and the bedrooms. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (that is fenced and open from 9:00 - 20:00), a garden, garden furniture and a tennis court. Free parking is available on the property and on the street. Only small size dogs are permitted (e.g. Yorkshire Terrier or Pomeranian). Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Smoking is not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
