Totally new apartment located in a historic building in the city center with free parking in the same building, it has air conditioning, heating and free WiFi connection. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room with a 140cm sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. The property provides towels and bed linen, free gel and shampoo, as well as an iron, board and hairdryer. Dolce-gusto coffee maker with capsules and various infusions as a courtesy.
The apartment is located in the historic center of the city surrounded by places of entertainment, bars, pubs and restaurants to enjoy the cuisine of Malaga. 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, the Picasso museum, Thyssen, Roman theater, the Alcazaba, Plaza de Merced and Calle Larios. About 10 minutes from the port of Malaga From Alameda Principal there is a Renfe Suburban train stop that will take you, among other places, to Malaga Airport (10 minutes), Plaza Mayor Leisure Center (12 minutes) and the towns of Torremolinos (20 minutes), Benalmádena (25 minutes) and Fuengirola (30 minutes)
