Property information

Apartment located at 75m2 from the beach. Close to services. You can enjoy a private terrace, you can access directly from your bedroom and the dinning room. You have a parking spot below the same building. You can access to the parking with the lift. End cleanning is included in the price however all dishes and pots must be cleanned by guest before checkin out. Smoking inside of the apartment or building is not allowed. Only 1 dog weighing no more than 6 kg is accepted as a pet. Cats or other pets are not allowed. The client must notify and request the reservation with a pet and the pet must meet the above mentioned conditions. The customer has to pay an additional pet fee. Due to the new regulation, the name of the guest of the reservation should match with the passport or ID in order to be able to check in. Once the reservation is made, the guest's name can be changed only with prior written acceptance by the property.
