The location is ideal because you can walk to the center (Calle Marqués de campo, municipal market, castle, fishing district) in a few minutes, to sandy beaches and breakwaters in 5 minutes walking. Also in the same port there is bus stop to go to the beaches of Las Rotas end (marine reserve), auqnue walking in 10 minutes you are in the Marina of Denia and the Nautical Club.

I like to attend people so that they are as comfortable as possible during the stay, I usually recommend places according to whether they are groups of friends, or families with children or couples, I mean that I am attentive. I also like to have the apartment well comfortable, tidy and with details to make the stay as pleasant as possible. No one is discontented.

It is the full port of Denia, in summer there is much life, and the good thing is that you are close to all services without having to use the car.
