Brand new holiday townhouse (February 2024) with A/C! This modern and bright townhouse decorated in the most exclusive Scandinavian-minimal and at the same time cosy style, guarantees comfort, space and tranquillity only a few steps away from the centre of the village and its beaches, in a quiet and safe area with a community pool for its guests. It is distributed in a spacious living room, a fully equipped semi-independent kitchen, a toilet and two terraces on the ground floor, two double bedrooms with desks, a balcony and a complete bathroom with walk-in shower on the first floor and, on the semi-basement floor we find a second living room, spacious and equipped with play station to give extra privacy to groups or large families and another double bedroom. Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the terrace, private and closed, with direct access from the street. As usual in our proposals, a fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV channels, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife South Airport, noise nuisance may occasionally occur. After check-out, guests must return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
