This Modernist style apartment of nearly 120m2, sXX early and completely renovated, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dressing room, a gallery, and a very large living room (with a sofa bed) and balcony, with a capacity of up to 8 people, is great for a family vacation visiting the city of Barcelona. Its main features are, ceilings 3 meters tall decorated with Art Nouveau style, decorated doors and windows, flooring and wood flooring throughout the apartment. And a magnificent gallery to relax after a day of sightseeing in Barcelona. And the floor is very well equipped, heating, ADSL and Wifi, satellite TV, whirlpool tub and shower.

The location of this beautiful apartment is excellent for a holiday in Barcelona. It is located in the historical and quiet district of the Eixample, one of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona. This very well connected to public transport, metro, bus and rail, but also can reach the historic center of Barcelona a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes, the elegant Paseo de Gracia, where they are located, two of the works architect Gaudi, Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. You can also compare the best shopping in Barcelona. In the neighborhood of the Eixample, they are also located many art museums in Barcelona. And less than 50 meters from the apartment there are all the necessary services: supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bakery, restaurants ... ..
