In the kitchen area you have a folding table where you can have breakfast and make quick meals. Although the attic is small, it is very bright and well cared for since we want our guests to be comfortable and to enjoy a pleasant stay. The views are very good. The building's elevator reaches the 5th. floor, so you have to climb two small flights of stairs, about 15 steps. You will be able to find all the necessary items so you do not have to worry about bringing them, such as a hair dryer, iron for clothes, filter and Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle and many other things.

The penthouse is located on the street parallel to Paseo Silgar, just 160 meters from Silgar beach and 500 meters from the main area of bars, restaurants, port and fashion shops of Sanxenxo. It is close to supermarkets (for example there is a Froiz supermarket 140 meters from the attic -on the same sidewalk-), leisure areas, restaurants, cafes, taperías, fashion stores, spa, among others. The penthouse is very close to the central nucleus of Sanxenxo and without slopes, so the most advisable thing to go to the area of bars, restaurants and the port is to move on foot.
