Don’t expect to find bars, restaurants, large supermarkets, or tourist infrastructure in La Listada. Here, you’ll only find comfort, peace, and great weather. The property is situated in the penthouse of a quiet, recently built residential building (only one neighbor). The apartment is accessed by climbing three flights of stairs leading to the second and top floor of the building. The apartment features a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a small coffee table, and a generous Smart TV with access to major streaming platforms, making it a cozy space to unwind. The living room opens to a charming, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A rectangular dining table with four chairs complements the modern and functional kitchen, which includes a ceramic cooktop and microwave.
