Property information

High quality penthouse set in a second row street in front of the sea. There are two communal pools, a big one and a small one, to share with the other ten apartments set in the building. Nice and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. This penthouse is set in the second floor, which you can reach using the stairs or an elevator. Beautifully decorated and careful to detail, there is a large living and dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite, and a kitchen open to a terrace over the sea with a marvellous surprise. There are some stairs that go the incredible terrace on the penthouse. Very large and with breath-taking views of the sea and the whole bay , it is equipped with a table and chairs where you can have lunch or dinner, some hammock to sunbathe and a wonderful Jacuzzi from where you can see the sea. Just a ten minute walk from the centre. Easy free parking in the street. It is possible to access the property by lift. This property has high-speed Internet for convenient telecommuting. Smoking is allowed outdoors

Neighbourhood information

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
