Property information
Located on the urbanisation El Pinar de San Gines, in La Azohia, this two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is well equipped and has a large private rooftop solarium with stunning sea and mountain views.
A large table with 6 chairs will let you enjoy to have wonderful lunches and diners on the solarium in the shade under the large awning and is a pleasure not to be missed! The solarium is an ideal spot to watch sunsets with a glass of local wine. The solarium has also sun loungers and parasol.
The accommodation has some stairs to the entrance gate and stairs to the roof terrace and comprises: living area with sofa and two separate chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, a DVD player, new android TV bought in June 2023 where you can download the app of your own country and watch TV in your own language. The subscriptions are not included and need to be taken in your own country. Spanish television is available. The property has now (September 2023) WIFI with the new 5G installed with 300 MB.
A balcony off the lounge offers you some views at the beautiful sea and mountains, with a table and chair set provided to relax. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, toaster, coffee filter and washing machine.
All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with plenty of storage and new mattresses of a few years old. The main bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has twin beds.
The bathroom has a bath with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating in every room. The A/C works with a meter and 10 euro credit is included within your reservation. Extra air conditioning cards can be bought by the local staff at arrival or during your stay.
There is a communal pool very close-by. The area is ideal for families, romantic breaks, walking, nature, diving or cycling holidays. The beach is just a 3 minutes walk away.
Pets are allowed at this property, with owner's prior agreement. Smoking is not allowed, on terraces only.
Neighbourhood information
The village of La Azohia is a 10 minute walk away from the apartment and there are bars and restaurants nearby and a sandy beach within easy reach. A larger selection of beaches are to be found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards. The new marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also just a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The property is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
Clarification of the review score of Lucia. We haven't received any complaints during their holiday about anything. We really don't understand the score. That is why we asked the guest for clarification for the score, but no reply. Everything was clean and working. We do think it has to do with the mistake they made by booking the wrong apartment by the guest. When they arrived they said there were pictures of the beach online, but az02 has no beach pictures. she said she had mistaken en booked the wrong apartment. this might have influenced the score.
