Twenty-Seven Degrees offers a small cozy Bed & Breakfast (B&B) located in the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, close to shops, the beaches and all the services that the city offers. We propose a different kind of accommodation for everyone who wants to spend a holiday in a comfortable and familiar atmosphere. We provide a personalized intimate service, making sure each guest is well cared for. Each morning we present a wonderful breakfast with homemade products. This can be enjoyed with fellow travelers from around the world on our delightful terrace.

Property information

Charming and intimate, the Bed & Breakfast is located in the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in the “Barrio de Las Alcaravaneras”. Situated in an ancient 1948 building we offer a warm and familiar atmosphere in our accommodation of just six rooms and one independent apartment. Giuliano and Silvia are waiting for you to welcome you. They will be happy to provide you with information on activities that can be made from water sports in the city's beaches as well as hiking in the idyllic and magical environments that offer the different ecosystems of the island of Gran Canaria. They like the guests feel at home and they are willing to do their best to make your stay enjoyable.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is very quiet and offers several amenities, enjoying a great public transport service (Guagua). However, you can take advantage of pleasant walks, being able to get anywhere walking. The two main beaches (Playa de las Alcaravaneras and de Las Canteras) are just a few minutes walking or cycling. The area is full of small restaurants, shops, bars and cafes, the B & B is located next to Mercado Central pedestrian area and close to Avenida Mesa y Lopez, the modern shopping street of the city.
