Modern holiday townhouse with open space design on two floors with view over the swimming pools, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, in a quiet area only a few minutes walking distance to the centre of El Médano and close to the beaches of El Cabezo and La Jaquita. Perfect for those who want to be close to the beach but prefer less wind while at home. This spacious townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and offers a large living room with flat screen TV, two desks with chairs and two computer screens. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with outdoor dining area with awning, sun beds and direct access to the two community pools, one for small children and a 17-metre long pool for adults: perfect for exercise and relaxation! The bright open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and our guests can enjoy filtered drinking water straight from the tap. Free fast fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, a washing machine and a tumble dryer in a small laundry room are also included. For maximum comfort it also includes a very spacious private parking space. Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the second terrace, private and enclosed, with direct access from the street. As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife South Airport, noise nuisance may occasionally occur. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if this is closed, drop it into the mailbox next to the entrance.
