Property information

Spectacular duplex in the residential area of Meloneras. The main floor is composed of a spacious terrace with garden area, sunbeds and area with dining table, bright modern living room area with fully equipped american kitchen & a second patio on the back of the property with garden. The top floor has a twin bedroom with fitted in wardrobes, bathroom and the main bedroom with a double bed and a balcony which overlooks to the sea and to the meloneras golf course.

Bahía Meloneras II is located in the tourist area of Meloneras located in one of the best areas of Maspalomas. The area is characterized by being surrounded by 5 star hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, supermarket, private clinic, etc ... Its location offers good views of the Atlantic Ocean and the golf course, offering a wide variety of activities (golf, cycling, diving, etc ...).

For the check-in you need to come to our office MY HOME, located on Avenida de España Nº7 Local 19 Centro Comercial Prisma (35100, Playa del Inglés), then go to the address of the accommodation, which will be detailed at the time of check in.

-Check-in time: our official check-in time is from 3:00 pm. In your case is possible early check in at 11.00.

-Departure time: the time of departure is before 11:00 am.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please leave the key on the main table, send a photo.
