Ground floor la Bugambilia is simple and comfortable property in a great location only 5 meters from the beach. The long sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just at the door step. It is perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and near the center. All the amenities are walking distance so a car is not necessary as you are close to everything. The layout of the apartment is all on the ground floor, making it easy for families with small children or the elderly. Although all the bedrooms have A/C, the rest of the house is cooled by the fresh outdoor breeze. In the property there are: fully equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining room with direct access to the lovely terrace, 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom ensuite, twin bedroom and double bedroom), 2 bathrooms.
