My name is Joaquin and together with my brother Pancho we manage houses and apartment rentals in Mallorca since 2014. Recently renovated villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open space living room and kitchen. The house is distributed on two floors: On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, living room, one bathroom and one bedroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite bathroom). One of the bedrooms has two single beds and a small office space with a desk and sofa. The house has a terrace, a garden with a barbecue and a tanning area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Two of the 4 bedrooms can either have 2 single beds or 1 double bed. Let us know in advance which one you would prefer for your stay. Our license number is ETV2465. According to the 30 of March 2/2016 Law, any touristic accommodation has to charge a local city tax called ECO TAX.The Tax will be charged at the moment of check in. This beautiful Mediterranean seaside Villa is located in Cala Estancia, a quiet residencial neighbourhood between the city of Palma and the Playa de Palma (Arenal). The perfect location for some downtime near the beach, exploring Mallorca's stunning beaches and to visit the old town of Palma, which is a 10 min. car drive away. The villa and its location are ideal for families and cycling groups. The beach and bicycle path that connect Palma and the Playa de Palma are just a 2 minute walk away.
