Welcome to our elegant and spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in Costalita, Cancelada, Near Marbella on the Costa del Sol beachfront. Ideal for relaxing beach holidays with family and friends or golf and outdoor adventures. THE POOL IS OPEN THE WHOLE SEASON :) The Free Tenniscourt is open the whole year. The house is located on the beach and was completely renovated in November 2023 and is new to the market. All furniture, beds and equipment in the house are brand new. With 3 large bedrooms and 3 EN Suite bathrooms. 3 terraces, one on each floor. Very exciting house of 209 m2. It is 20 meters from the beach, overlooking the sea, in a gated development with a swimming pool and with surveillance. It has supermarkets next door and large supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Located a few steps from the promenade and the beach (direct access through the urbanization). There is also a huge playground for the whole family to play basketball, tennis and football for FREE.

LOCATION Houses are rented for short periods throughout the year (1 week-2 weeks, maximum one month) between Marbella and Estepona, 8 km from Marbella, 10 km from Estepona and 4 km from Puerto Banus. You are located DIRECTLY ON the beach, ten minutes drive from the center of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona, and 45 minutes drive from the center of Malaga, the airport and the AVE. Around the house there are several beach bars and many hotels and restaurants, also supermarkets and shopping and leisure centres. Hospiten Hospital only 5 km away and many clinics and pharmacies within walking distance. The Costa del Sol is the Costa del Golf, as it has the highest concentration of golf courses in Spain. It currently has more than 70 golf courses. It is the first destination in Europe to practice this sport due to its very pleasant temperature with an annual average of 20 degrees and where the sun is usually not absent. If you like golf, here you can enjoy it all year round, without limits!
