The house has 200sqm. From door there is direct access the open living/dining room with French doors opening on the covered terrace and pool area. There is a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen that is well equipped has a breakfast table from the kitchen there is access to the garage where the washing machine and the dryer are. There is also a guest toilet. There are 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have Satellite-Tv and beautiful views over the fruit garden at the back of the house. There is air conditioning cold/warm in the bedrooms and living/dining room. There is a covered terrace overlooking the pool and a barbecue area with a table, chairs, brick built barbecue, a fridge and sink. There is also a comfortable chill-out area with fabulous views. The large pool with Roman steps (9m x 4m. Depth min. 1m – max 1.90) is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable reclining sun beds. For what to wait more? Bell Lloc is located in a peaceful area with open views of surrounding mountains. The house is only 2 minutes’ drive away to peak of the hill where the remains of the castle “Castell de Santueri” are. Only 5 km. away is the inland town of Felanitx, where you can find shops, restaurants, coffees, and visit the market which takes place every Sunday.
