Bright, spacious apartment with stunning sea and mountain views. Newly renovated and fully fitted out kitchen. Gated, private community with landscaped gardens. 2 full sized swimming pools and 2 childrens' paddle pools - the closest pools being 20 metres from the apartment. Each of the bedrooms can be set up with either a superking sized bed or two single beds depending on your requirements.
This is our recently purchased and renovated holiday home which we are happy to share with others. The dream begins first thing in the morning with stunning sun rises to be enjoyed from the front bedroom or during breakfast on the front terrace. After that the day is yours to enjoy - whether its walks on beach or in the mountains, swimming in the pool or Mediterranean sea, playing golf with 4 world renowned courses within 10km, going for a drink or some food by the sea or simply soaking up the rays on the sun terrace.
Situated 800m from Playa Chica/Playa de la Sal beaches which stretch all the way along to Duquesa Port. On these wide beaches it's possible to rent paddle boards and kayak. The beaches are family friendly with childrens play areas or you can go for a drink or some food at some of the local chiringuitos. San Luis de Sabinillas (1.5km away) is a lively Spanish town where you will find all the amenities you will require - supermarkets, restaurants/bars, pharmacies, doctors, hairdressers, etc.
