Magnificent Villa with private pool where you can enjoy a swim in a wooded enviroment with spectacular views and located just 600 meters from the beach of Sant Elm, in Andratx. Imagine refreshing yourself in its fabulous swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters and with a depth between 1m and 1'80m of chlorinated water, being able to relax sunbathing on one of its many sun loungers or simply lying down on the artificial grass that decorates the place. Next to the pool you have the barbecue coal-only, for those who like to cook outdoors and a covered picnic table to enjoy all the meals of the day or simply drinking a glass of wine at sunset. Entering in the house of traditional style and very well preserved, where you will have 240m2 distributed over 2 floors, we are greeted by its large dining-living room, where next to the rustic wooden table has 3 sofas to enjoy in company or relax watching TV. From the dining room we have access to a large and bright independent kitchen, complemented with a nice table where all the guests will enjoy rich breakfasts or long after meals chating during your holidays, in it you will find electric stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave. You will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor you will find the first two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs you will find a hallway with a cozy space to take care of the babys and 2 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobes. One of these 2 bedrooms has an in suite bathroom, air conditioning and access to the upper terrace.

Villa Can Perxota is situated only 1.6 km from the small village of Sant Elm and its beach "Es Geperuts". In Sant Elm you will find the most basic services. At 10 minutes from Can Perxota you have both the village of Andratx and the fantastic Port of Andratx, both very beautiful places where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. Just in front of Sant Elm, we have the island of Sa Dragonera, a perfect place to discover and spend the day. There is outdoor parking for 4 cars.
