Exceptionally located villa and annex guestroom at 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It has a lovely garden, all units have their private terraces and there is a big andalucian style patio with wood grill for the most amazing barbeques.
We own several guesthouses and try to offer our guests the best value for their money.
Costabella Playa is one of the most beautiful beaches and has the widest choice of beach restaurants in Marbella, most of which are open outside the season and in the evenings. Several supermarkets closeby, one even at walking distance. Down-town Marbella and the La Cañada shopping center is only 5 minutes driving distance.
