Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living-dining-kitchen area with a comfortable sofa, a stylish lounge chair, a coffee table and a smart TV. In addition, it contains a round dining table with seating for 4 people and the kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary tableware. This family room has an abundance of natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to the property's large private terrace. The spacious terrace is thoughtfully furnished with: a chill-out area, with a comfortable sofa and an armchair; a round dining table, for 4 people; and 2 sun loungers, so that you can take in the Mediterranean sun without leaving the property. Moreover, the terrace can also be accessed from both bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms, like the entire property, share a modern and minimalist style, accentuated by the light colours, the materials used and the floor-to-ceiling windows. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double-vanity, a smart TV and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The secondary bedroom also has a double bed, but has a built-in wardrobe and access to an adjacent bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with large walk-in showers. Include two private parking spaces, WiFi, centralized air conditioning/heating, washing machine, ironing equipment, towels and linens to ensure a totally comfortable stay. The guest has full access to Jade Tower's fantastic facilities: an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor heated pool, indoor plunge pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a Turkish bath/hammam, a cinema room, coworking area and a gastrobar. The spa, which includes a sauna, indoor pool, hammam, and jacuzzi, will remain closed during the months of April and May.
