Welcome, I hereby inform you and offer a partial sublease agreement for a shared apartment, drafted following Article 8.2 of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases (L.A.U.). The partial sublease of the apartment grants the right to share: the living room, kitchen, the entrance, and bathroom. You will be assigned a double bedroom with air conditioning: the room includes Wi-Fi for working and is furnished with a desk, chair, armchair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a king-size bed (180x200cm). The lease is drafted in compliance with Article 8.2 of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases (L.A.U.). This lease offer is intended for tenants with work-related needs (remote work, telecommuting, students, international programs, digital nomads, etc.), as well as participants in national or international university programs (Erasmus, SICUE, FORTHEM), visiting professors, visiting researchers, and doctoral students. The legal terms outlined above are formulated in respect of your booking. Please note that under no circumstances will it be possible to rent the entire apartment.
