Dear customers. Maria, the person in charge of cleaning and handing over the keys will guide you so that you can quickly connect with the environment. The house has three bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a bed of 1.05. Kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, small oven, also microwave washing machine, toaster and other appliances. A living room with dining table and chairs, sofa, 43' smart tv,Air conditioning with hot / cold pump. We also have three fans. One rooftop and two portable towers Bathroom with full shower, laundry room to hang clothes, garden with table, chairs and parasol for good times and upstairs a beautiful solarium with barbecue. Around the corner from the house is located one of the two communal swimming pools. that you can enjoy.. The community rules about the pools are above all no drinks and pets are not allowed. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the entry card will be deactivated. Please comply with the rules. We will be delighted for your visits

In front of the house is the carrefour shopping center. Five minutes walk in Havana shopping center where there are activities and areas to have a drink, eat, shop. In front you have mercadona. Lidl, bowling alley, cinemas, games room and many many restaurants, including a wok where you can eat everything you want for one price. Norway lobsters are divine🤗. Next to the house there is barbershop, cashier, tobacco, pharmacy. Bar where you can have breakfast or tapas. Dental laundry. An exquisite chocolate / churrería and many more things. In the CC.
