For rent 2-storey bungalow in the urbanization Brisa Mar (Gran Alacant), an urbanization with 3 communal swimming pools during the summer season (from June 15 to September 15). Available fiber optic internet (600 Mbps) and barbecue in the courtyard. The house has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room and an equipped kitchen, 1 terrace of 15 m2 and 1 solarium of 10 m2 on the second floor. Air conditioning in the living-dining room and the main bedroom. Accommodation for a maximum of 6 adults. We accept pets, maximum 2 medium-sized dogs (15 kg or less).

Neighbourhood information

Gran Alacant is a Spanish area belonging to the municipality of Santa Pola, which mainly consists of a group of urbanizations located on the promontory of Santa Pola, between the mountains and the beach of Carabasi. The 2012 census (INE) recorded 11,095 residents. The dunes of Carabasi Beach are a virgin and well-maintained natural space where the main beach of Gran Alacant is located, which is an extensive beach with fine golden sand. The water is turquoise and crystal clear. In this coastal area there is a lot of interest in sports such as kitesurfing or windsurfing, and there are many schools offering intensive courses throughout the year.
