Beautiful flat located in Son Parc, near Es Mercadal. It has a shared swimming pool, access to the beach and capacity for 4 people. The exteriors, of typical Menorcan construction, will immerse you in a state of calm. In the gardens of the building you will find 3 shared swimming pools. One is for children, while the other 2 measure 15x10m and have a depth of between 1.2m and 2m. In addition, the complex has direct access to the beach. Due to its location, this property has direct neighbours. The flat is decorated with a lot of taste and care. You will find a terrace with awning and magnificent views to the mountains, where you can enjoy unforgettable family meals. The interior of the flat will provide you with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable holiday. The living-dining room is ideal for entertaining evenings and has Wi-Fi and television. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. When it's time to sleep, you will find two bedrooms with ceiling fans, one double and one with a trundle bed. There is also a bathroom with shower.
