Ca Sa Pollensina is a true example of Mallorcan architecture and style, ideally located in the historical town of Alcudia. Thanks to spacious terraces (including barbecue and dining area!), living a summer holiday in this property will be a memorable experience! Without forgetting the wide array of shops, bars, restaurants and public transport, virtually at your doorstep: a car is not required. The interiors, just renovated with taste and style following the most modern comforts, still retain load of the traditional charm of this property. The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a spacious, fully fitted kitchen with dining area and lounge, together with a useful shower room. There is also a spacious furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying relaxing hours under the shade. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All beautifully decorated, airy and inviting, they are respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin. For the comfort of our guests, air-conditioning is available and included in the price between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am. We will send you a link from our bank where you will be able to pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests are responsible for removing it; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
